These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by GreenHead Land Management. By accepting an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing work to begin, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Work

All services will be performed according to the agreed written estimate or invoice. Any work requested outside of the original scope may result in additional charges and must be approved before completion.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are based on the initial site conditions and requested services. Pricing may change if conditions differ from what was originally assessed or if additional work is required. All changes will be communicated when possible before proceeding.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or unpaid balances may delay future services and could include additional fees.

4. Scheduling

All job dates are subject to weather, equipment availability, and scheduling changes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of delays or rescheduling.

5. Property Access & Conditions

Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the work area. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, underground utilities not disclosed, or hazards not reasonably visible.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee if time or resources have already been allocated.

7. Liability

GreenHead Land Management is not liable for damage resulting from hidden hazards, weak surfaces, or pre-existing property conditions. We take care to perform all work professionally and safely.

8. Agreement

By scheduling or approving work, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
